I was disappointed with your restaurant today. This is not the first time I ate at your place,Its almost 2 years I became your client,And your food is soooo delicious .but now, everything is different. Your food is so plain, no taste and not fresh at all!!!
I had a really bad experience at this Indonesian restaurant. The owner was super rude. I wanted to pay with my card, but she forced me to pay with cash, which I didn’t have on me. She didn’t even bother to tell me their card machine wasn’t working beforehand. I had to go out in the rain to find an ATM, which was so frustrating. On top of that, she was really pushy while I was trying to decide what to eat, telling me to hurry up. And she even yelled at her own staff, which made things even more uncomfortable. It felt like she has some serious attitude issues, thinking she’s better than other Indonesians just because she lives abroad.I’m definitely not going back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
I had a terrible experience at this Indonesian cuisine restaurant. The owner was extremely rude. I wanted to pay with my card, but she insisted on cash, which I didn’t have at the moment. She didn’t even inform me beforehand that their card machine wasn’t working. I was forced to go out in the rain to withdraw cash, which was very inconvenient. To make matters worse, she was very impatient while I was deciding what to eat, telling me to hurry up. Her behavior towards her own staff was also unacceptable, as she yelled at them in front of customers. It seemed like she has emotional issues and a god complex, thinking she is superior to other Indonesians just because she lives abroad.I won’t be returning to this place, and I don’t recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience.
I went there since I was curious to try Indonesian food for the first time.I was very unpleasantly surprised by their version of Nasi goreng. The egg was old and hard and nearly made me throw up in the restaurant. In the rice, I found one piece of hair, which just made the experience horrible.Never going there again. To others curious to try Indonesian food, refrain from going there, there’s better options!
A taste of indonesia in amsterdam.I visited this restaurant during my trip and this definitely hit the spot. Its so nice to eat halal slash indonesian food while also talk in indonesian with the seller. In short, feels like home.
Couldn’t wait for kartika’s late opening hours so come for sari citra.Food: don’t look appetizing and seems been sitting there for a while and not sure how fresh they are. Ordered a rijkstafel at 50 euro for two, and very disappointed at the food quality and price. Beef had a strange taste. Food was highly overpriced for its worth. Pandan layered cake tasted bad and overly sweet. Service was ok. Ambiance was dark, depressing and space cramped. Cash only. Can’t recommend this place. If you want Indonesian food in Amsterdam, try another place.
A nice and cozy restaurant that offers homestyle Indonesian food. Everything halal. They are very kind and welcoming and the place is very clean and comfortable. It was the best meal I had in my entire stay in Amsterdam.
Only tried their onde-onde and ice cendol, but the foods look delicious and there always people coming in the restaurant, so I think it’s quite goodThe staffs were all friendly and helpful
I loved eating here! I have spent some time living in Indonesia and this food felt authentic and so tasty. Prices were good, selection was very varied (lots for vegetarian people also), and the staff were very sweet
